I have been on the hunt for a camera as well, anyone got any advice of what to look for and what they would recommend?

I have been busy scrapping again finally !!  and so i am now fully hooked again - lol-and need some inspiration ..  anyone recommend us some sites ?

It's pretty hard to choose a camera. There are a few sites that can help you. Think about things like budget, what do you want it to do, portability, cost of add on items, batteries etc. I bought a Canon 550D last September and I'm happy with it.

Youre right Dale, it is hard to choose, different features etc.. i am thinking of a Canon 1000d at the moment... not really sure..
i'll keep researching.. thanks for the advice. :)

Hi! wow love this blog!!! found this site yesterday!!! lots of info!!! and thanks for doing this... really need to get my mojos back!
regarding camera... im using a panasonic lumix LX3 - it has great features. my hubby has SLR but i have no idea how to adjust and its quite big to carry around. but it produces gorgeous photos. he has canon 7d. hope this helps.
